To find the perfect property for rent at the best possible price, we proceed as follows:

check of the property, owner, rental conditions

verification of reservation agreement, rental agreement

consultation on the rental agreement, explanation of rights and obligations

Further consultation: what difficulties may arise, how to prevent & solve them

assistance with settling in

recording the state of an object to reduce the risk of future conflicts

Terms of service

The service is provided upon conclusion of a contract and after payment of a deposit for the search in the amount of 2000 CZK (the price of the introductory consultation).

Search for a residential property

The cost of the service is equal to the cost of one month's rent for the found object

search for a commercial property

The cost of the service is equal to the cost of one month's rent for the found object, but not less than 50,000 CZK and not more than 120,000 CZK
